My group classes are run in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
They start with some activations to warm up the body. We then proceed to a sequence and some postures before moving on to a relaxation.
Throughout the class, you are encouraged to listen to your own body and to follow the rhythm of your breath. Yoga is not about competition! 🙂
If you have your own yoga mat, please feel free to bring it with you . Otherwise I provide mats.
Make sure you bring with you a blanket and pillow to make yourself comfortable for the relaxation.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring with you a bottle of water.
Nothing more is required. Come and enjoy!
Private classes can last from 30 to 90 minutes, depending on your time availability. I provide yoga mats and blankets for the relaxation.
I can run the private classes in your own home or office.
All private classes start by a first meeting where we discuss what you would like to get out of the classes. We then agree together on a schedule for the classes.
The participants to the class need to wear comfortable clothing and bring with them a bottle of water.
